You show up confident at work, you smile at family, but your relationships keep hitting the same brick wall. Wrong partners, ignored boundaries, second-guessing your gut, and a voice in your head that says you’re not enough. You’ve had trauma in your life. Maybe it was big, maybe it was hidden. Either way, it changed how you love, trust, and decide. This course will get you from confused and stuck to clear and capable. You will learn to spot the relationship patterns that keep repeating, understand where those patterns came from, and take concrete steps to change them. We’ll use psychology led insights, practical exercises, and real world actions you can do in the next seven days and beyond. How to get the most from this course: - Be honest with yourself. Journaling is the tool that exposes the patterns. - Do the exercises. They’re short, sharp, and designed to break loops, not just make you feel heard. - Protect your time. One module a day is perfect. Do the reflective exercise at night when you’re less distracted. - Stay kind but blunt with yourself. You’ll uncover things you don’t like. That’s where change starts. - If something hits too hard, pause and use your grounding techniques (5 senses, breathe, name five things in the room). You are in control. What you’ll achieve by the end: - Clear map of your relationship pattern(s) - One concrete behavior to stop and one new behavior to start - A simple plan to rebuild trust in your intuition and act from it This isn’t soft, and it isn’t cruel.
