Tired of knowing exactly what you should do, thinking "I need to set that boundary, I need to speak up, I need to stop doing this" and then watching yourself do the opposite anyway?

You say you want more confidence. But what you actually want is to stop needing the room's approval before you feel allowed to exist in it.

Which is why working on "confidence tips" and positive affirmations is only getting you surface level results. You can repeat "I am enough" in the mirror every morning and still feel your chest tighten every time someone seems disappointed in you.

Most women who've been through difficult experiences will spend years in talk therapy unpacking what happened, and still walk out of sessions feeling understood but unchanged. Still making yourself small. Still putting everyone else first without knowing why.

My clients and I work differently. We go beneath the story into the patterns your body is still running, because knowing the "why" doesn't automatically change the "how." That's why we see real shifts, not just insights.

Imagine sitting across from someone who used to make you feel two inches tall, and realising halfway through the conversation that your heart rate is completely steady. No apologising for your opinion before you've even given it. With the nervous system work and identity rebuilding we do inside the mentorship, that's not a personality transplant. That's just you, finally feeling safe enough to be yourself.

Inside the 1:1 mentorship we work directly with the part of you that learned it wasn't safe to show up fully. So the change stops being something you have to force, and starts being something that actually feels natural

You've read the books. You know the theory. So why does nothing actually change?

That's because insight alone doesn't heal or change anything. Understanding why you people please doesn't stop you from doing it. Knowing you deserve better doesn't stop you choosing less. Real change happens when you go deeper than mindset, into the nervous system patterns, the early conditioning and the survival behaviours that have been running your life quietly in the background for years.

A little bit about me

I have a Psychology Degree and 10+ years working across different trauma, behavioural  & complex emotional need settings. I have worked across some of the most demanding environments in the field, but most importantly I have lived this work personally too. I know what's like to perform strengh while quietly falling apart. To keep chosing the wrong people and not understand why. To feel like a fraud in a life that looks fine from the outside. That experience doesn't just inform how I coach, It's the sole reason why I do it.

As a coach I help women recover and rebuild from trauma experiences. I will teach you how to regain your confidence, self trust, emotional control and handle burnout so you can get back to enjoying life on your terms.

I believe every woman who has survived something difficult carries a strength she hasn't fully met yet. My role is to help you find it.
